JULIAN AND CLAIRE

Two voices perfect for a rainy night.

Julian Marks and Claire Devine were never meant to be a duo. They met in a late-night writing session at Grant Street Studios--two session singers chasing separate heartbreaks who ended up finishing each other’s songs. What started as a single demo called “Still Said Nothing” turned into something deeper: a fragile chemistry built on pianos, half-spoken apologies, and harmonies that ache like memory.

Their debut album, First to Let Go, plays like a quiet confession stretched across ten tracks--two voices circling the same goodbye from opposite sides of the room. Each song feels suspended between love and loss: from the slow unravel of “Moving On” to the whispered regret of “Without Warning.”

Their live sets are stripped bare--no tricks, no flash, just keys, breath, and the weight of what’s unsaid. Every harmony feels like the last thing two lovers tell each other before walking away.
