PAYPHONE

Punk moves ya!

Born from busted amps, too much hairspray, and not nearly enough patience, PAYPHONE exploded out of the downtown club circuit like a pack of firecrackers. Led by front-woman Lexi Kemp (vocals, guitar), the lineup—Juno Vega (bass), Tess Monroe (guitar), and Vanessa Collins (drums)--turned basement rehearsals into full-blown riots. Their debut Plastic City captures that chaos in stereo: a snarling mix of breakups, bad nights, and fearless fun.

Pure 1981 energy--fast, bratty, and loud enough to drown out heartbreak, but paying homage to the girl groups of the 60s.

Every chord is a confession, every chorus a dare. They don’t chase perfection. They chase the rush.
